Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Brazilian Wax - First Time.

Expect a private, professional consultation, gentle pre-wax cleansing and precise waxing in stages. We take extra time to ensure comfort, explain each step, and adjust technique. Your appointment may be longer and priced higher to reflect individualized care.

Avoid sun exposure, self-tanning, and exfoliate gently three days before. Hair should be at least quarter-inch long for effective grip. Avoid blood-thinning medications and heavy aspirin; consult us if you're unsure about medications or skin conditions.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycle. Regular waxing often reduces regrowth and slows hair growth, extending intervals between appointments as your skin adapts.

Initial sessions can be more sensitive, but our gentle technique, topical numbing options, and pacing reduce discomfort. Many clients report less pain over time as hair thins and skin becomes accustomed to waxing.

We may decline service for active sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, or certain medications. Inform us of pregnancy, prescriptions, or skin conditions during booking so we can advise or recommend alternatives if waxing isn't appropriate.

Aftercare includes avoiding hot baths, tight clothing, and heavy workouts for 24-48 hours, applying soothing lotion, and gentle exfoliation after 48-72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Follow personalized care plan provided by your esthetician.
