Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Half Leg & Bikini Wax.

Appointments typically take 30–45 minutes depending on chosen leg area and hair density. Upper or lower leg plus bikini line is done in one session. We recommend arriving with hair grown for optimal waxing.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours before and avoid sun exposure, retinol, or harsh treatments. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long. Avoid heavy moisturizers or oil on the day of your appointment to allow wax to adhere properly.

Waxing removes most hair from the root along the treated areas; standard bikini wax removes hair outside the panty line. Some fine vellus hairs may remain, and very coarse or short hairs might need regrowth for complete removal.

Consult with our estheticians; we assess skin sensitivity and medical history before treatment. Certain medications, skin conditions, or recent procedures may contraindicate waxing; a patch test or alternative hair removal methods will be recommended.

Most clients enjoy smooth skin for three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and individual factors. Regular waxing can gradually reduce regrowth and lead to finer, sparser hair over time.

Avoid hot baths, heavy exercise, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use soothing, fragrance-free lotions and avoid exfoliation for 48 hours. If irritation occurs, apply recommended calming products or contact us for advice or a follow-up.
