Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Tint.

A Lash Tint typically lasts three to six weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare habits. Color fades gradually; most clients book touch-ups every four to six weeks to maintain consistent definition and darker lashes without daily mascara.

We use professional, patch-tested tints and gentle application techniques to minimize irritation. If you have sensitive eyes or wear contacts, tell us beforehand — we’ll perform a patch test and adapt the procedure for safety and comfort.

When applied correctly by our trained technicians, Lash Tinting does not damage natural lashes. Using approved dyes and careful timing prevents over-processing. Avoid excessive rubbing and harsh removers to preserve lash health and color longevity.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid waterproof mascara for 24 hours prior. Bring contact lens case if you wear lenses; we’ll ask about allergies and perform a brief consultation and patch test for safety.

A Lash Tint appointment usually takes 20–30 minutes including consultation and patch testing. Times vary for first-time clients or those requiring allergy testing; allow extra time if scheduling with other services.

You can wear mascara after a Lash Tint, but we recommend waiting 24 hours to let the dye set. Many clients skip mascara entirely since the tint mimics its effect, saving time while still enjoying defined lashes.
